Powder coating

Die Pulverbeschichtung bietet eine widerstandsfähige und gleichmäßige Oberfläche mit ausgezeichnetem Korrosionsschutz. Dabei wird ein Pulver elektrostatisch auf das Bauteil aufgetragen und anschließend eingebrannt. Dieses Verfahren eignet sich ideal für Stahl, Aluminium und verzinkte Teile und wird häufig für Maschinenkomponenten, Geländer oder Gehäuse im Innen- und Außenbereich eingesetzt.

Wet painting involves applying liquid paint, which allows for very fine surfaces and a wide range of colors and gloss levels. This coating is particularly suitable for complex components, large surfaces, and parts that require high optical quality or specific paint thicknesses. It can also be used for repair painting.

Anodizing

Anodizing creates a hard, protective oxide layer on aluminum surfaces through electrochemical oxidation. In addition to improved corrosion protection, the process offers an attractive appearance in a variety of colors. Anodized components remain electrically insulating and scratch-resistant—ideal for housings, machine components, or decorative elements.

Nitriding

Nitriding involves introducing nitrogen into the surface of steel to increase hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. The components retain their dimensionally stable because no coating is applied. This treatment is particularly suitable for tools, gears, shafts, or bearing surfaces that are subject to high levels of wear.

Hardening

Targeted heat treatment significantly improves the strength and wear resistance of steel parts. Typical processes include case hardening, induction hardening, or tempering. We harden components such as shafts, gears, bolts, and tools to increase their service life in demanding applications.

Browning

Bluing creates a thin, dark gray to black oxide layer on steel surfaces. This protects against corrosion and gives components a sophisticated, technical appearance. The process is well suited for precision parts, weapon components, tools, or decorative elements in mechanical engineering.

Galvanizing

Galvanizing provides excellent corrosion protection for steel parts through a zinc coating. We offer hot-dip galvanizing for strong protection for larger components, or electrogalvanizing for finer workpieces with a uniform surface. Ideal for outdoor structures, screws, sheet metal, or machine parts.

Glass bead and sandblasting

These processes are used for the professional surface cleaning, preparation, and finishing of metal parts. Sandblasting powerfully derusts rust, removes old paint layers, and roughens surfaces to optimally prepare them for further coatings such as painting or galvanizing. It is particularly suitable for robust components, steel structures, or machine frames.
